About Our Trainer

Anna is a qualified chef and Experienced Environmental Health Officer. Anna has a wealth of experience of inspecting and rating food businesses under the national food hygiene rating system. Anna advises on HACCP for food businesses and coaches on Safer Food Better Business. As a registered CIEH Trainer Anna delivers Food Hygiene Training in level 2 and 3 Food Safety and Level 2 Allergen Awareness.
