How long is the course?
It is a one day course.

Is there a test involved?
In order to attain the award, all candidates must take a 30 question multiple choice test (pass mark: 20/30)

How will this impact my work?
You will gain a basic understanding of food safety rules and regulations. The idea is that you will follow the standards you have learnt to create a hygienic, safe and professional environment to work in.

Things you should know
The course workbooks and exam papers are available in various languages, for example, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali, Italian, Spanish, Polish, French, Guajarati, Hindu, Thai, Punjabi, Turkish, Urdu and Welsh. Please make sure you let us know which language you require when making a booking.
